For the fifth time, Rolling Pin brought the best chefs, restaurateurs, sommeliers, bartenders, and industry experts to Berlin. With over 8,000 participants and exhibitor partners, this edition set a new record! With more than 70 speakers from 14 different nations, the event represented an unparalleled concentration of talent and knowledge.

The event also featured the presentation of the prestigious Rolling Pin awards. The 100 Best Chefs, the 50 Best Sommeliers, the 50 Best Bars, and, for the first time, the Top Chefs and Top Employers were celebrated. Remarkable figures in the industry received the Rolling Pin Awards, while the Junge Wilden final and the first European Barteam Masters provided unforgettable moments!

One of the undisputed stars of the event was the "European Barteam Masters" competition, which saw the 12 most innovative teams of bartenders competing in an epic showdown. THRILL not only ensured the perfect temperature of the cocktails in the competition but also played a fundamental role in sanitizing the glasses, maintaining hygiene standards at the highest level.

The 12 most innovative teams of bartenders battled it out in the final in Berlin in three rounds. In the first round, they prepared and presented a cocktail of their choice, in the second round, they had to select and prepare 4 drinks from a list created by experts. And in the third and final round, they had to create a cocktail suitable for a previously unknown dish.
