In this edition, THRILL have not only taken center stage during the speeches and masterclasses but have also played a crucial role as an essential tool available to the bartenders competing in the thrilling Rolling Pin European Bartender Cup!

For several years now, the Rolling Pin Convention has established itself as the largest Austrian symposium dedicated to chefs, restaurateurs, hoteliers, sommeliers, and bartenders. In the 2022 edition, in collaboration with two-time world cocktail champion Mario Hofferer, Rolling Pin introduced an epic challenge to find the best bartender in Europe: the Rolling Pin European Bartenders Cup.

In last year's competition, the prestigious title was claimed by Linh Nguyen, the reigning "Lady Amarena" champion. This year the honor of the first prize was bestowed upon Dominik Wolf, the talented bartender from Sommerlounge & Bar Viertel 4 in Graz.

Rolling Pin continues to be an important event that showcases the talent and skills of bartenders, providing them with a unique stage to express their artistry.

For the ninth time, Rolling Pin brought together the best chefs, restaurateurs, sommeliers, bartenders, and experts in Graz, setting a new record with 9,714 participants. Across five stages, 65 of the most talented and creative chefs, sommeliers, bartenders, and experts from 14 countries presented exciting demonstrations, keynotes, and masterclasses, introducing the gastronomic trends of the future and addressing the most burning questions regarding the future of the profession.

Once again, Rolling Pin proves to be an essential reference point for those interested in staying up to date with the latest developments in the culinary industry and being active participants in shaping the future of gastronomy.
